For my thirteenth birthday my father gave me the present of Cuba. I spent one week there and couldn't, for the whole week, get my camera to work until i got back home to Jamaica and my mother figured out how to work the darn thing. So when I came across this site http://havanascity.blogspot.com/ you can understand why immediately i fell in love with it! There were pictures of Cuba every where! Pictures I'd like to think i would have taken if i was thirteen again. Today, if you enter my room i have two huge, framed photographs taken by different photographers of Cuba. Cidade de Havana! Para o meu aniversário de 13 anos, meu pai deu-me o presente de Cuba. Eu passei uma semana lá e não pude, durante a semana inteira, fazer minha máquina fotográfica funcionar até que eu voltasse para casa, e então minha mãe descobrisse como a coisa funcionava. Assim, quando eu encontrei este site http://havanascity.blogspot.com. Você pode entender porque eu imediatamente me apaixonei por ele! Havia imagens de Cuba por todos os lados! Imagens que eu gostaria de pensar que teria tirado se eu tivesse novamente treze anos. Hoje, se você entrar em meu quarto, verá que tenho dois quadros enormes de fotografias tiradas por diferentes fotógrafos de Cuba. Eu amo este belo país!
