Every now and again we are inspired to try something new. Loopydoopy is my inspiration to try doing some work with polymer clay. I came across this self taught artist's work, on flickr and then found a great interview of her on Win Crafty.
Although she uses papermache to make her sculptor / dolls, its her work in polymer with buttons and marbles that brings me back to the days of watching and wanting to be Wendsday from the Adams family, playing dress up or seeing those old fifties pics of people on the beach in old bathing suites. She has a style and i like it. Her work is for sale on etsy.
